POR-15 Cleaner Degreaser (formerly marine-clean) cleans and degreases in one application without leaving residues, noxious fumes, or flammable solvents.
No other cleaner works as fast or as well. It makes petroleum-based cleaners almost obsolete because POR-15 Cleaner Degreaser can be diluted with water up to 4 to 10 times its volume while remaining more potent than other cleaners. This water-based and non-solvent cleaner removes grease, oil, musty odours, soap films, wax. Use this paint-safe degreaser to clean canvas, vinyl, nylon, holding tanks, grease traps, auto parts, and more.

Dilute with hot water at the specified ratio, rinse thoroughly, and follow with Metal Prep on metal before coating. The checked manufacturer instructions do not state a numeric air or surface application range or a fixed rain-free interval. Hot dilution water is a preparation instruction, not an outdoor air-temperature minimum.
Check the air, the actual surface, overnight conditions and the full drying or curing period. The current product label takes precedence.
