The manufacturer’s roof application guide includes Waterproof Sealant and specifies dry conditions between 10–30°C, including overnight temperatures; it does not separately label air and surface limits. No rain, fog or dew may be forecast within 24 hours. Apply below 80% relative humidity, out of hot, direct and intense sun. The guide says the surface must be at least 5 degrees above the environmental dew point without identifying the unit. Confirm that margin with the manufacturer. This guide is for flat/low-slope roofs; follow the guide for the intended project and coating system. The TDS’s 25°C cure test and −7°C low-temperature flexibility are not application limits.
Check the air, the actual surface, overnight conditions and the full drying or curing period. The current product label takes precedence.

- Drying time
At 25°C and 50% relative humidity, Liquid Rubber Waterproof Sealant fully cures in 24-48 hours. Curing time increases in colder temperatures or higher humidity so environmental conditions must be considered before application.
