3M™ Green Corps™ Reinforced Weld Grinding Wheel is designed for demanding weld grinding applications, with added reinforcement for strength and extended wheel life.
It features a tough fibreglass cloth screen scrim that provides durability and longer life, supporting an aluminium oxide abrasive that cuts fast and effectively. Ideal for cutting spot welds and grinding in tight or hard-to-reach areas, this 75 mm (3 inch) resin-bonded wheel is well-suited for right-angle grinders. Use the 3M™ Green Corps™ Reinforced Weld Grinding Wheel for engineering strength and reliability in weld grinding and spot weld removal applications, particularly in collision repair.
Reinforced with a rugged fibreglass cloth screen scrim, this grinding wheel is built to endure heavy-duty grinding with a long service life. The 4.7 mm (3/16 inch) thick wheel is optimal for right-angle grinders and fits perfectly for grinding in hard-to-reach locations. Its aluminium oxide mineral abrasive is known for its speed, durability, and low heat retention, making it suitable for grinding ferrous and aluminium alloys. The resin bond helps the wheel resist heat buildup, enabling consistent, efficient performance on various surfaces.
