Full product details, applications & manufacturer specifications
A breathable water-borne topcoat used after a Sansin Dec base coat.
One or two topcoats add water repellency, durability and a medium-lustre appearance. It can be tinted with the base colour for additional UV protection and is intended for demanding deck environments, including freeze–thaw climates. The low-VOC formula cleans up with soap and water.

Manufacturer sheet reviewed: the ideal application temperature is 21°C at approximately 50% relative humidity. Do not apply in the heat of the day or direct sunlight. Rain and near-freezing temperatures must not be likely within 24 hours after application. No hard numeric air or surface minimum/maximum or measured wood-moisture limit is specified. The 10–30°C range in the sheet is for storage. Drying and recoating times depend on conditions.
Check the air, the actual surface, overnight conditions and the full drying or curing period. The current product label takes precedence.

MULTI-WASH
Clean an existing finished wood surface before a maintenance coat.
For maintenance cleaning, use the label dilution, test first and rinse thoroughly. Let the surface dry before coating; cleaning does not replace stripping or sanding when needed.

Sansin DEC Deck Stain
Use DEC as the base coat in the DEC Topcoat system.
Select the specified tint strength and let the base coat dry before topcoating. Follow the current coating schedule.
