Full product details, applications & manufacturer specifications
Intercure 99NA is a fast-curing polyaspartic primer/finish with high solids and low VOC content. It combines corrosion protection with durable colour and gloss.
Direct-to-metal or approved primed systems
For moderately corrosive environments up to C3 under ISO 12944-2, it can be applied directly to metal in one coat at 150–250 microns (6–10 mils), using standard application equipment. This single-coat approach can reduce application time and labour compared with a two-coat system.
For more aggressive ISO 12944 C4 and C5M environments, it may be specified as a high-build intermediate/finish over approved anti-corrosive primers. Confirm the complete coating specification for the exposure conditions.
