Exterior project planning
- Air temperature
- 5°C to 30°C
- Surface temperature
- No higher than 35°C
Air and paint must be 5–30°C; surface maximum is 35°C and the prepared surface must be dry and clean. The current Canadian sheet prints an inconsistent dew-point margin of 1°C/5°F above dew point; confirm the required margin with Interlux before coating. It is not an absolute surface minimum. Wait before immersion for 78 hours at 10°C or 24 hours at 25–35°C; obtain guidance for colder conditions. Follow the separate recoat table. No fixed rain-free period is stated.
Check the air, the actual surface, overnight conditions and the full drying or curing period. The current product label takes precedence.
