Liquid Rubber Foundation Sealant is a waterproofing membrane for foundations and basements. It is painted on and cures into a highly elastic membrane with 900% elongation for long-lasting protection.

Exterior foundation guide: keep air, surface and overnight temperatures between 10–30°C. Do not apply in wet conditions or with rain forecast within 24 hours. Allow 6–8 hours of drying in recommended conditions before fog or dew, and apply below 80% relative humidity. The guide states a 5-degree margin above dew point without identifying the unit; confirm that margin with the manufacturer. Allow the prepared concrete to dry completely and do not allow the coating to freeze before full cure. Cold or humid weather extends drying and curing. Follow the complete primer, coat-thickness and backfill instructions.
Check the air, the actual surface, overnight conditions and the full drying or curing period. The current product label takes precedence.

At 25°C and 50% relative humidity, Liquid Rubber Foundation Sealant fully cures in 24-48 hours. Curing time increases in colder temperatures or higher humidity so environmental conditions must be considered before application.
