Use the aggressive action to quickly and efficiently remove wood, paint, or varnish. Switch to the fine setting for final finishing. Equip your Rotex with polishing pads, sponges, felts or sheepskin and polish the finish.

With the RO 90 DX, add the ability to swap the round pad for a delta-shaped pad to reach deep into corners and crevices. Use the aggressive setting to strip paints and other coatings from rough surfaces. The aggressive mode provides material removal comparable to a grinder. Switch modes to suit the sanding stage. Slip on the edge protector to prevent incidental contact with adjacent surfaces.

Use the fine setting for a smooth finish. Connected to a Festool dust extractor, work in a near-dust-free environment. Well-balanced and practically vibration-free. Equip your Rotex with one of the many polishing pads, sponges, felts or sheepskin and you’re ready to buff your finish to a gleaming luster. Use the variable speed setting to dial in the perfect polishing speed for more delicate finishes. The Rotex RO 90 DX can be easily converted from a circular pad to a triangular delta pad in seconds (no tools required).
