About this product range
ROMAN PRO-999 Rx-35 is a wallcovering sealer/primer. Prepare a dry, sound surface free of grease and residues, repair damaged drywall, and test an inconspicuous area. Inspect that test after 24 hours before proceeding. Apply only above 60°F using a brush, roller or suitable spray system; back-roll spray applications and do not overspread.
For airless work, the manufacturer specifies equipment capable of at least 3,000 psi, a ⅜ in inside-diameter hose, a 0.015 in or larger tip, and 1,500–1,700 psi at the gun. Clean excess primer before it dries; wash tools promptly with mild soap and warm water.
Use skin and eye protection and ventilation. Do not mix with other chemicals, ingest or freeze. Keep the container closed and away from children. Old-paint removal can release toxic lead dust: use suitable respiratory protection and HEPA/wet cleanup. The manufacturer also carries an ethyl-acrylate Proposition 65 cancer warning. Follow the label’s first-aid instructions and verify the installation’s required fire rating and code compliance.
