A translucent satin alkyd finish designed for exterior wood decks and railings.
This high-solids finish uses a two-coat system to protect exterior decking while showing the wood grain. It is also listed for wood lattice, benches and railings. Prepare the wood and follow the technical sheet for drying, recoating and return to service.

Canadian SIK44078-series sheet: apply with air and surface at 10–32°C; keep the surface at least 3°C above the dew point. Avoid direct sunlight and late-day condensation. Do not apply if rain, snow or temperatures below 4°C are forecast within 48 hours. Wood must be dry with moisture at 18% or less. The sheet does not state a separate period to maintain the full application range. Cold, high humidity, thick coats and poor ventilation extend drying; allow at least 24 hours before the second coat.
Check the air, the actual surface, overnight conditions and the full drying or curing period. The current product label takes precedence.

Brush in the direction of the grain; immediately back-brush any roller or spray application as directed in the technical sheet.

At least 24 hours at 25°C and 50% relative humidity; allow longer as conditions require.
