Surface temperature
5°C to 35°C

Air and surface must be 5–35°C; keep the paint itself at 15–35°C. Apply in dry, well-ventilated conditions. Avoid late-evening application because overnight condensation can reduce gloss. Recoat and drying intervals depend on temperature; use the data-sheet table. A fixed rain-free interval is not specified. For above-waterline use; not for permanently immersed surfaces.

No higher than 35°C

Air and paint must be 5–35°C; surface maximum is 35°C and the prepared surface must be dry and clean. The current Canadian sheet gives an inconsistent dew-point margin, printed as 1°C/5°F above dew point; confirm the required margin with Interlux before coating. It is not an absolute surface minimum. Immersion wait varies: 15 days at 5°C, 78 hours at 10°C, or 24 hours at 25–35°C. Follow the separate recoat table; no fixed rain-free period is stated.

105 Resin requires a compatible hardener; there is no universal application minimum for the resin alone. North American minimum recommended cure temperatures depend on the selected hardener: 205 Fast 4°C; 206 Slow and 207 Special Clear 16°C; 209 Extra Slow 21°C. Choose the hardener for the job and maintain suitable curing conditions. Surfaces must be clean, dry and prepared; watch for outdoor condensation. Cure time depends on hardener, temperature and film thickness. Check the complete resin/hardener instructions before use.
