Manufacturer-linked RV Roof Coating application guide: keep air and surface at 10–30°C, including overnight. Do not apply if rain, fog or dew is forecast within 24 hours; humidity must be below 80%. Avoid hot direct sun. Allow the final cure (typically 48–72 hours, depending on conditions) before driving, and protect from freezing until fully cured. The exact duration for maintaining temperature limits is not fixed here.

Rain-free window

The manufacturer’s roof application guide includes Waterproof Sealant and specifies dry conditions between 10–30°C, including overnight temperatures; it does not separately label air and surface limits. No rain, fog or dew may be forecast within 24 hours. Apply below 80% relative humidity, out of hot, direct and intense sun. The guide says the surface must be at least 5 degrees above the environmental dew point without identifying the unit. Confirm that margin with the manufacturer. This guide is for flat/low-slope roofs; follow the guide for the intended project and coating system. The TDS’s 25°C cure test and −7°C low-temperature flexibility are not application limits.
