SharkSkin® Primer/Sealer is a transparent acrylic elastomeric primer that penetrates and seals porous surfaces. Its flexible copolymer formulation helps stabilize deteriorating surfaces and promotes adhesion of compatible film-forming topcoats.
Where to use it
For concrete, concrete masonry units, stucco and horizontal or vertical wood, including deck surfaces. It can be topcoated with compatible Cloverdale opaque finishes.
Preparation
Remove unsound material and prepare the substrate according to Cloverdale’s instructions. Confirm the condition of the wood and compatibility of the selected topcoat.
Application and limitations
Use as part of the manufacturer’s specified coating system. Read the current label, technical information and safety sheet before use.
Recommended uses
Concrete, concrete masonry units, stucco and horizontal or vertical wood, including deck surfaces, as directed by the product sheet.
